1. Platform Overview

Meetly is an online paid consultation platform operated by Shree Radhe Krishna Enterprises, a sole proprietorship registered in India. The platform connects users ("Clients") with verified expert partners ("Partners") for per-minute consultation via Chat, Audio Call, or Video Call.

Meetly is strictly a consultation and expert guidance service. It is not a social chat app, dating platform, or adult content service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Meetly. By registering, you confirm that you are an adult and legally competent to enter into this agreement. Accounts of minors will be terminated immediately upon discovery.

3. Consultation Purpose — Strictly Professional

Meetly is exclusively for professional consultation purposes, including but not limited to:

• Career guidance and job planning
• Business advice and entrepreneurship
• Personal life decisions and goal setting
• Real-life experience sharing and mentorship

Sessions must remain within these boundaries at all times.

4. Strictly Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are absolutely prohibited on Meetly and will result in immediate and permanent account suspension without refund:

• Adult content, explicit conversations, or sexual material of any kind
• Dating, escort, or companionship services
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or offensive language
• Sharing of personal contact details to bypass the platform
• Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation
• Any illegal activity under Indian law

Meetly reserves the right to monitor sessions for policy compliance and report violations to law enforcement where applicable.

5. Payment Terms

Users must recharge their Meetly wallet before accessing paid sessions. Consultation charges are deducted per minute:

• Chat: ₹10 per minute
• Audio Call: ₹10 per minute
• Video Call: ₹20 per minute

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Meetly does not store card details. Wallet recharges are non-refundable except as specified in the Refund Policy.

6. Partner Earnings

Expert partners earn a share of the per-minute consultation fee. Partner payouts are managed and disbursed by Meetly according to the platform's payout schedule. Partners must maintain professional standards at all times. Earnings may be withheld or forfeited in case of policy violations.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Meetly facilitates access to expert partners but does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or accuracy of advice provided. Consultation on Meetly is not a substitute for licensed professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Meetly reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without refund of wallet balance. Users may delete their accounts at any time via the Account Deletion page.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes between users and Meetly shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The governing law is the law of India, and the jurisdiction is Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. For queries: support@meetlyapp.in
