• Device Data: Device type, OS version, app version (for performance and crash analysis)
• Transaction Data: Wallet recharge history, session duration, consultation charges (processed via Razorpay)
• Usage Data: Session activity logs for platform improvement and policy enforcement

We do not collect your real name, location, photos, or any sensitive personal data unless explicitly provided by you.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely for:

• Account creation, authentication, and wallet management
• Processing payments and managing session billing
• Platform security, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement
• Customer support and dispute resolution
• App performance and user experience improvement

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Payment Security

All payment transactions on Meetly are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Meetly does not store any card, UPI, or net banking credentials. All financial data is handled exclusively by Razorpay under their security policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Payment Gateway (Razorpay): For processing wallet recharges and payouts
• Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
• Safety Enforcement: In cases of prohibited content or criminal activity

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

6. Security

All communications on Meetly are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Sessions are conducted through secure app infrastructure. Your personal contact details are never shared with expert partners.

7. Children's Privacy
