⚠️ Meetly is strictly for users aged 18 years and above. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or conduct that exploits, harms, or endangers minors.
1. Age Restriction & Enforcement
Meetly enforces a strict 18+ age requirement. Users must verify via phone OTP during registration. Any account suspected to belong to a minor is immediately suspended. Confirmed minor accounts are permanently deleted with all associated data within 24 hours.
2. Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited: (a) Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM). (b) Grooming behavior or attempts to communicate with minors. (c) Sharing, requesting, or distributing content that sexualizes, exploits, or harms minors. Violations result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to law enforcement.
3. Partner Verification
All expert partners are verified adults (18+) through Aadhaar-based identity verification. Any partner found violating child safety standards is immediately removed and reported to appropriate authorities.
4. Detection & Prevention
Meetly employs automated systems and human review to detect policy violations. All child safety reports are treated as highest priority and reviewed within 24 hours. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

6. Parent & Guardian Information
If you believe your child (under 18) has created an account on Meetly, contact us immediately at support@meetlyapp.in. We will suspend the account and delete all data within 24 hours.
7. Legal Compliance
Meetly complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, POCSO Act, 2012, and Google Play's Child Safety Policy.
